Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of TaskMaster CRM.
Last updated: 26 September 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using TaskMaster CRM you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
TaskMaster CRM is a business customer-relationship and recruitment management application operated by TaskMaster Philippines. It is provided for business use by TaskMaster Philippines and by client organisations granted access to it. It is not intended for personal or consumer use.
3. Accounts and access
Access requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Access to an organisation's data is granted by invitation from an owner or administrator of that organisation, and can be changed or withdrawn by them at any time.
4. Organisation responsibilities
Each organisation is responsible for who it invites, the roles it grants, and removing access when someone leaves. Owners and administrators can manage members, invitations and record ownership within their own organisation. Removing or suspending a member ends their access to the organisation's records and automatically erases, within the service, the Gmail credential that member connected for that organisation. That local erasure does not revoke, at Google, the access the member granted from their Google account; the member can remove that access from their Google Account.
5. Your data and the people in it
Records entered into TaskMaster CRM — including contacts, leads and candidate information — belong to the organisation that entered them. That organisation is responsible for them, and specifically for:
- having a proper basis to collect and use information about the individuals concerned;
- the accuracy of what is entered;
- responding to requests from those individuals about their information;
- meeting whatever legal obligations apply to it in its own jurisdiction.
We process this information in order to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully, or to store or transmit unlawful content;
- attempt to access another organisation's data, another user's account, or any part of the system you have not been granted access to;
- probe, scan or test the security of the service without written permission, or interfere with its normal operation;
- use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages;
- upload material that infringes someone else's rights;
- reverse engineer, copy or resell the service.
7. Third-party integrations
The service can connect to third-party services at your choice. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Connecting or disconnecting an integration is your decision, and a third party may change or withdraw its service at any time.
Google Calendar. If you connect a Google account, TaskMaster CRM creates, updates and cancels calendar events for interviews scheduled in the CRM and, when you choose it, adds a Google Meet video meeting to them. It does not read or alter your other calendar events. You may disconnect at any time from the integrations settings page, or revoke access from your Google Account. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Zoom. If you connect a Zoom account, TaskMaster CRM creates, reschedules and deletes Zoom meetings in that account for the interviews where you choose Zoom. It does not read, list or change your other Zoom meetings. Meetings are hosted by your own Zoom account and are subject to Zoom's terms. You may disconnect at any time from the integrations settings page, or remove the app from your Zoom account.
Gmail. If you connect a Gmail account, TaskMaster CRM sends the one-to-one emails you write, and choose to send, to people in your CRM from that account. Connecting Gmail for sending gives TaskMaster CRM permission to send email only. TaskMaster CRM may also offer an optional Gmail Inbox feature. Your mailbox is accessed only when you enable that feature and authorize the additional, read-only Google permission it requests; then TaskMaster CRM retrieves your own messages from Gmail to show you your Inbox, Sent mail, search results and conversations inside the CRM. Only you can see your mailbox there, TaskMaster CRM does not change or delete your mail, and it does not keep copies of your messages. You are responsible for the content of the emails you send and for having a lawful basis to contact their recipients, and your use of Gmail is also subject to Google's terms and Gmail's sending limits. You may disconnect at any time from the integrations settings page, or remove access from your Google Account. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
8. Confidentiality and security
Information you encounter in the service about clients, candidates and colleagues is confidential. Use it only for the business purpose it was entered for, and do not disclose it outside your organisation without authorisation. Follow your organisation's own security practices, including protecting the device and credentials you use to sign in.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and working, but it is provided without any committed level of availability. Features may be added, changed or removed, and maintenance may cause interruptions. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Intellectual property
TaskMaster Philippines retains all rights in the TaskMaster CRM application, including its software, design and branding. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your access lasts, and nothing more. The records your organisation enters remain your organisation's.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or withdraw access where use breaches these terms, creates a security or legal risk, or where an organisation asks us to remove one of its members. An organisation may stop using the service at any time. On termination, access ends; contact us about retrieving or deleting records before you stop using the service.
12. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that records will never be lost. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of information that matters to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskMaster Philippines is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost or corrupted data, arising out of or relating to your use of the service, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised such damages were possible.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify TaskMaster Philippines against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your unlawful handling of information about third parties entered into the service.
